We recommend that you take out travel insurance for the duration of your trip, which, in addition to first aid and medical expenses, also covers other difficult situations that may arise during your trip.

All of our buses are equipped with first aid kits, but if you take certain medications, don’t forget to bring them with you on the trip.

Before you start your trip, check to make sure you have information about what time and where the bus leaves.

We recommend that you pack the things you need to take with you on a bus trip in two separate bags: pack the things you need at your destination in a bag that you can place in the trunk under the vehicle, and the things you need during the trip (documents, money, food and drinks, etc.) should be packed in a smaller bag that you can take with you into the bus cabin. If your itinerary includes staying overnight on the bus, be sure to also bring a blanket, pillow, and comfortable clothes for sleeping.

It is not always possible to make long stops on a bus trip, so we recommend that you also bring your favorite food and drink. It is possible to make hot water on the bus, so if you wish, bring instant coffee, tea or bouillon cubes. You should also bring a spoon, knife, fork and cup (preferably not made of glass). Do not bring food with a short shelf life.

Since bus trips usually involve large groups of travelers, we recommend remaining positive and patient in all situations.

Bring a good mood so you can share it with your fellow travelers.

There is a possibility to watch videos and/or DVDs on the bus.

In case of problems, please contact the group leader or bus driver to find a solution to the problem.

Please keep the bus clean and check that you have all your belongings with you when you return from your trip. If you forgot something on the bus, please contact your tour operator or contact us directly (tel. +372 6 602 603).

At stops, you may only leave the vehicle if the group leader gives permission. Some shorter breaks are only for changing drivers, refueling, etc. It is forbidden to leave the vehicle in border areas.
Do not leave your personal belongings unattended at stops.
